feat: add carousel design to PostOverview; extract shared Carousel component 
- New Carousel.svelte: index-fade, arrows, dots, optional auto-rotate
- QuoteCarouselBlock refactored to use Carousel
- PostOverviewBlock: carousel design variant added
- CMS schema: "carousel" added to post_overview design enum
