- Hover-Tooltip auf Polygon zeigt Fläche, geplante Anlagen, Höhe, Gemeinden
- Favicon + apple-touch-icon dynamisch aus data.logoUrl (CMS-Logo)
- alte windrad-PNGs in static/favicons/ entfernt
- WindkarteBlock list-fetch: _limit statt limit (RustyCMS-Param)
